Hi, everyone! My name is Albert Masih, and I am a case manager at Lifeback Tax. I pride myself on my excellent communication skills as well as my passion for helping people. These skills allow me to work with my fellow team members and clients to ensure the resolution process goes as smoothly as possible. Tax liabilities can haunt you for decades, and it may take time to resolve these liabilities

My primary goal as a tax debt relief case manager is to ensure each client is comfortable as we work through this process, and trust me, it is a process. However, with my experienced team members' help, I am positive we can achieve your desired outcome. I am the designated point of contact between the client and enrolled agent; therefore, my superior communication and memory skills allow me to work through each case efficiently! As your potential case manager, my duties may include: • Sending you any necessary updates from our tax pros • ensuring all required documents are sent properly filled out and sent on time • keeping you in the loop with our team as we work through your case.

As well as being a taxpayer advocate, I also enjoy expressing my creativity through different outlets. Some of my hobbies include drawing, sports, and cooking. I also plan to start live streaming games on Twitch! Although I am a multi-faceted person with many interests, my ultimate passion in life lies in my work at Lifeback Tax. As a taxpayer myself, I understand the burdens that come with IRS and state tax debt. Therefore, I will always utilize my knowledge and skills to the best of my ability to help my clients get their lives back.
