For each case, the first page shows the Official IRS letter addressed to our enrolled agent, the person working on the case, and our business address. The second page is the settlement acceptance letter from the IRS or State, with the Date the letter was sent to us. It shows that our offer for the settlement was accepted and approved. 4-24-19 Mr. Garver
Bruce and his wife owed the IRS over $588,000.00. When the client initially came on board, he was assigned to an IRS Revenue Officer (RO). We were successfully able to place his account on the currently non collectible (CNC) status with the IRS. Afterwards, we filed an Offer In Compromise (OIC) and settled his tax debt for $3,180.00. The taxpayer has 120 day to pay off the settled amount. Once the offer amount has been paid, all the federal tax liens will be released by the IRS.

4-30-19 Mr. Edwards
Mr. Edwards owed the IRS over $340,000.00. Life back Tax successfully settled his tax debt for $6,432.00. Initially, his account was the assigned to an IRS Revenue Officer (RO), we placed the client on the currently non collectible (CNC). Mr. Edwards was educated on the filing his returns on time and becoming in compliance with Estimated Tax Deposit (ETD) payments. We submitted an offer to settle his tax debt and the IRS accepted it for $6,432.00. The taxpayer has 120 days to pay off the settled amounts and all his tax liens will be released once the offer amount has been paid with the IRS.

4-10-19 Ms. Provost
Ms. Provost owed the IRS over $172,000.00 and her offer was settled for $250.00. Mr. Provost's case was placed into the hardship status with an IRS Revenue Officer (RO). Afterwards, we submitted an OIC with the IRS and it was settled for $250.00 with equity in her house. Ms. Provost has 120 days to pay off the offer amount and all tax liens will be removed once the offer amount has been paid to the IRS.

1-29-19 Mr. Ortiz
Mr. Ortiz owes the State of New York (NY) little over 18,000.00 in back taxes. The state of NY had a tax warrant outstanding on all the tax years and insisted on a monthly payment of $369.00 per month until the tax debt was paid off. Life back Tax submitted an Offer In Compromise (OIC) with the state of NY and the client's offer was accepted for $1,000.00. All the tax warrants and his DMV hold were also released. The taxpayer was provided with 120 days from the date of acceptance letter to submit the settlement amount of $1,000.00.

1-7-19 Mr. Ho
Mr. Ho owed the Board of Equalization (BOE) for sales tax for over $11,000. The BOE placed the account on a payment plan for $200 per month. After extensive review of his financials and discussion with the BOE, we submitted an Offer In Compromise (OIC) with the BOE. His sales tax debt was settled for $2,500.

12-12-18 Mrs. Shepherd
Mrs. Shepherd had a balance due with the tax years for over $110,000. Lifeback Tax placed the account on Currently Non Collectable (CNC) and then submitted the file for Offer In Compromise (OIC) for $500.00. Mr. Clinch owed the state of Georgia 15,436.34. Lifeback Tax was able to get him an offer in compromise with the state for $500.00. He originally had his state debt assigned to a collection agency. We were able to get the debt reassigned to the state, where we placed him on a hardship status and finally the offer, all while keeping him protected from any negative action.
